The room was so cozy and relaxing, with a comfortable seating area and a TV. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries and a high-tech toilet. I loved the panoramic views of the gardens from the suite.

I wished the seating area in the room was a bit bigger for more comfort.

The hotel offers a variety of restaurants, but the highlight was definitely the authentic Japanese dishes. I had such a unique culinary experience!

Oh, and let's not forget the complimentary Wi-Fi. that never worked.

We recently stayed at an airport hotel located conveniently close to transportation options. The location was perfect, with easy access to a nearby shopping mall and Narita Jr station. The room we stayed in was well-designed and quite spacious, with a spotlessly clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, making checking in and out a breeze. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a delicious buffet spread that included a variety of dishes. there were elevators for easy access to upper floors, as well as a hot spring bath that provided a welcome escape after a long day.

We did notice some noise from other guests in the hallway, which occasionally detracted from our overall experience.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh food and the service was fast and friendly. The comfortable bed and good facilities made my stay enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and I loved the onsen. The hotel's convenience store had great last-minute gifts. I had a great experience at Art Hotel and would recommend it.

More comfortable seating for seniors is essential for a better vacation.

The large public bath exceeded expectations with its natural hot spring flowing from 1000 meters underground. I felt like a character from a historical drama, immersing myself in the rejuvenating waters, imagining I was in an ancient onsen, a world away from the hustle and bustle.

This place features a breathtaking location on top of a hill, and the free bus service to and from the terminals was much appreciated. The service is exceptional here, with attentive room service and housekeeping. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. Additionally, the on-site leisure centre with its serene spa and wellness services provided a chance for me to unwind and relax.

I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends for a luxurious stay, and for the free airport shuttle alone.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium because it provides spacious and well-equipped conference facilities, which were ideal for the event. The meeting rooms were perfect for our sessions and the overall space made the symposium a success.
